Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement. You may do so in particular:
- by letter to the address above,
- by email to hello@sisluna.com, or
- electronically via your customer account: sign in, open the order under Orders, and choose Cancel order / Withdraw from contract (German shop label: Vertrag widerrufen).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal / refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to our fulfilment partner without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The exact return address will be confirmed after you announce the return or on the return label. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please announce the return in advance by email to hello@sisluna.com so we can provide the return label or address.
Important: Send the withdrawal notice (letter, email, or via the customer account) to Fabrick Asset Investments GmbH, Zionskirchstr. 57, 10119 Berlin or hello@sisluna.com. Do not send the goods to the Berlin address; send them to our fulfilment partner (address as confirmed above).
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their sealing was removed after delivery. Opened cosmetic products may therefore be excluded from withdrawal where hygiene so requires.
